All the brands we offer at NzBody are high quality products and we hope you will be delighted with them. If for any reason you’re not, return them unused  within 30 days of purchase and we will refund or exchange them, no questions asked.

Goods are returned to NzBody at your expense, however if products are faulty, we will refund or credit the cost of the return postage. A returns form is attached to the receipt which will be included in your parcel.

New Zealand

Our standard delivery fee is $7 for all orders. Following receipt of your payment please allow 7- 21 working days for delivery unless stated otherwise. All orders are delivered via Courier Post, and can be delivered to rural addresses and most P.O. Boxes.

Australia

You can shop online at Ozbody in Australia and have your items delivered within Australia - go to www.ozbody.com.au

International

We currently only deliver in New Zealand through NzBody and Australia through Ozbody.

A returns form is attached to the receipt that is enclosed with your order. Returns procedure is as follows:
1. Fill out the details on the returns form, including whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
2. Attach the return address label. If you have lost the label send the parcel please contact NzBody at info@nzbody.co.nz

3. Take the parcel to your nearest Post Shop. Goods are returned to NzBody at your own expense, however if goods are faulty then we will credit the cost of the postage to your account. We will also cover the cost of shipping for any exchanges back to you.

Credit Card:
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard. We use the secure system through DPS.

Cheque:
We accept cheques made payable to NzBody
Note that your order will be dispatched when your cheque has been cleared.

We do not share personal details about any of our customers with any third party.
Apart from the details collected on the login page (name, address, phone number, e-mail address), we also record all customer transactions. This enables us to be able to respond quickly to your queries regarding product ordered or returned. It also enables us to send you information of the most relevant offers to you.
From time to time we may wish to contact you to inform you of upcoming sales or special offers. If you don’t wish to be contacted by us just click on the “don’t e-mail me” button on the registration page.
