All the brands we offer at NzBody are high quality products and we hope you will be delighted with them. If for any reason you’re not, return them unused within 30 days of purchase and we will refund or exchange them with free shipping, no questions asked.

Goods are returned to NzBody at your expense, however if products are faulty, we will refund or credit the cost of the return postage. We will cover the cost of the return shipping for any exchanges.
