How to Return an order

We offer 30 day returns guarantee including free shipping on exchange of unused items.

How to return

You can return within 30 days of receipt of order. The items must be in original condition with all labels and swing tags still attached. Please include a completed returns form. NzBody has the right to refuse refunds if the product is not in its original condition.

Returns Form

A returns form is attached to the receipt that is enclosed with your order. Returns procedure is as follows:

1. Fill out the details on the returns form, including whether you would like a refund or an exchange.

2. Attach the return address label. If you have lost the label send the parcel please Contact Us

3. Take the parcel to your nearest Post Shop. Goods are returned to NzBody at your own expense, however if goods are faulty then we will credit the cost of the postage to your account.

When Returning Items

If you are returning an item for exchange of an used item we will ship you a new item free of charge.  Exchange items or refunds will be processed within 10 days of receipt. So if you have any concerns or questions regarding any of these instructions please do not hesitate to call on 0800 34 88 63.

Fully guaranteed refunds

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please return it to us in original condition within 30 days of receipt, and we will replace it or refund the purchase price using the method in which you originally paid.
